I'm Seb. By day I run the finance function for a UK digital marketing agency, covering bookkeeping, payroll, management accounts, credit control and reconciliations, the lot. Before that, I spent time in commercial finance for a global transport company, overseeing cost control and financial performance across multiple sites and workshop operations.

I set up Penny & Paper because I believe small businesses deserve the same quality of finance operations as the big ones. Most micro and small business owners are brilliant at what they do. They just shouldn't have to work out the back office on their own. I'm here to make sure the numbers support the growth rather than hold it back.
