I'm Seb. By day, I run the finance function for a UK based digital marketing agency - bookkeeping, payroll, management accounts, credit control, reconciliations, the lot. Previously, I worked in commercial finance for a global transportation company, overseeing cost control and financial performance across multiple sites and workshop operations.

I set up Penny & Paper because I believe small businesses deserve the same quality of finance operations as the big ones. Most micro and SME owners are brilliant at what they do - they just shouldn't have to figure out the back-office on their own. I'm here to make sure the numbers support the growth, not hold it back
